Q. HOW SOON CAN THE JOB BE STARTED? A. Stringfellow Family Painting
employs professional, full-time painters. Once a job has been contracted, a start
date is within a couple of weeks. We are able to accommodate most time frames, depending
on the time of year. Our work is usually completed within the usual work week, Monday
through Friday. We cannot start a job without a signed contract and payment is only
due upon completion.
Q. HOW LONG DO JOBS NORMALLY TAKE TO COMPLETE? A. Once Stringfellow
Family Painting works on your job, our crew will be there consecutive days until
the job is done. Crew sizes and product drying times will determine how long your
project takes to complete. However, we can complete most jobs in a few days, and
smaller homes in just one day.
Q. WHAT AFFECT DOES WEATHER HAVE ON PAINTING? A. Really, weather
has no affect because Stringfellow Family Painting will only paint on days suitable
for painting. Your job is fully warranted and we will not do any painting during
conditions that may jeopardize this warranty.
Q. HOW DOES CLEANUP WORK AFTER THE JOB IS DONE? A. Here at Stringfellow
Family Painting we pride ourselves on leaving your home the way it was when we arrived.
Any paint debris or dust will be properly disposed of. For interior jobs, painters
will make sure to do a complete cleanup of debris, ensuring that your home is left
in the same condition it was when we arrived.
Q. WHAT PAINT PRODUCTS DOES YOUR COMPANY USE? A. All products
used by Stringfellow Family Painting are top of the line. We use Vista Paint and
Sherwin Williams Premium Paint.
Q. HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED? A. Stringfellow Family Painting
requires full payment upon satisfied completion. We do not normally invoice clients.
You simply pay the job foreman upon completion of the job. We accept personal checks,
cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Note: A convenience fee will be added for all credit card purchases, please call
the office for the current rate. Prior to painting, call you credit card company
for a convenience check it will act as a check and there is no upcharge/convenience
fee.
Q. HOW LONG ARE YOUR WARRANTIES GOOD FOR? A. We have a basic
five-year guarantee and it goes up from there, we also offer a twelve-year guarantee.
Painting is subject to normal weathering and excludes Acts of God and other causes
beyond our control, such as water seepage, trapped gases, and tannic acid. Caulking,
due to weather and or temperature may expand or shrink from the substrate and is
part of maintenace which is not peeling or flaking.
Q. WHERE ARE YOUR OFFICES? A. Stringfellow Family Painting has
offices throughout central California. We are the residential painting company for
Sacramento, Modesto, Bakersfield, Livermore, Anaheim, Antioch, Folsom, El Dorado County, and
all of the Contra Costa, Kern, San Joaquin, Solano, Stanislaus, and Tulare Counties.
