15-Step Gold Service


Our signature 15-Step Gold Service is the key to a great paint job!


STEP 1:  REMOVE ALL MILDEW

We use a bleaching solution to kill and remove all mildew on your home.

 

STEP 2:  PRESSURE WASH

Your home is thoroughly pressure washed from top to bottom to clean all dirt debris and cobwebs from the house.

 

STEP 3:  SCRAPE AND SAND LOOSE PAINT

All loose and flaking paint is thoroughly scraped, sanded, and removed.

 

STEP 4:  RESET LOOSE NAILS

All loose nails on siding, trim, and eaves are reset.

 

STEP 5: PRIME BARE AREAS

All bare areas are properly primed; for example, metal gutters and downspouts receive galvanized and rust inhibitive primers; stucco and wood surfaces receive proper primers.

 

STEP 6: CAULK WINDOWS AND DOOR FRAMES

All windows and door frames are thoroughly caulked to enhance the appearance of the paint job and help insulate the windows on your home.

 

STEP 7:  PATCH CRACKS IN STUCCO

Any and all cracks in stucco and cement foundation are properly repaired.

 

STEP 8:  REMOVE AND REPLACE FIXTURES

All light fixtures (when possible), address numbers, hose racks, etc. are removed prior to painting and replaced upon completion of painting.

 

STEP 9:  PATCHING OF CRACKED BOARDS

All minor cracks in fascias, siding, trim boards, etc. are properly patched.

 

STEP 10: REPAIR LEAKY GUTTERS AND DOWN SPOUTS

Seal and patch all leaky gutters and downspouts when possible.

 

STEP 11: PROTECT WINDOWS AND GARDENS

All windows and gardens are properly covered prior to painting.

 

STEP 12: PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL

All garbage, empty buckets and clean-up water is brought to our warehouse and disposed of properly.

 

STEP 13: NO DRIPS, SAGS, OR RUNS

All paints are professionally applied at the proper thickness to insure there will be no drips, sags, or runs.

 

STEP 14: MAJOR BRAND PREMIUM PAINTS

We use Sherwin Williams, Frazee, Vista Paint & Kelly Moore premium paints.

 

STEP 15: SPOTLESS CLEAN-UP

All walkways, sidewalks, and all unpainted areas are cleaned of any paint debris.
